Dairy Pops


To pay homage to Switzerland, we were inspired to create a line of Dairy Ice Cream Popsicles that would entertain the palates that crave Swiss Chocolates. 


We chose to use Madagascar Vanilla for its high quality and close proximity to Mauritius island. 


We have developed recipes that involve working with Macadamia, Pistachio and Cashew Nuts, Macarons, Chestnut, Dates, Saffron and Brownies.


Each ingredient serves a clear purpose and has a story to tell, that is expressed through a single Gourmet Popsicle.
